During a Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee Hearing: "The Paul Wellstone Mental Health and Addiction Equity Act of 2007 (H.R. 1424)" on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 Congressmen Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) and Jim Ramstad testify on the effect of addiction on themselves and the citizens of the United States of America.
