Hitting Bottom In AA

I don't think anyone wants this person to go out and drink; I personally want them to recover; I hit bottom in AA - when I didn't drink and I didn't do the steps I soon was crazier than EVER!

But until I heard someone share my story I didn't think I belonged in AA, I didn't think I was an alcoholic, I didn't need to do what other people had to do because I was different. I was too scared to leave AA and too unique to work the steps. Then one day someone told my story at a meeting; maybe someone had told it a hundred times before and I was never able to hear it before, I don't know...
